I Have tried to install Macrium on two different Laptops running Windows 7. On each occasion when running setup the loading bar fills OK on the first run then after about 1/3 on the second run it locks up, sometimes it goes to about 2/3 before it locks. It then comes up with a window asking if you have service rights. I\'ve turned off my Firewall and anti virus, and any other program that was running. It get as far as putting the icon on the desktop.regards Geoff

When I try to make a backup copy of my hard drive the program hangs and freezes - It will not allow me to close it even with task manager! I am running windows 7 - 4 gig ram 32 bit- if you can help me with this I would think seriously about your productsincerelyDavid Beaulieu

The scheduled backups do not work sometimes. An attempt to start a backup manually stalls it at the "Create Backup" screen. Selecting the "Cancel"button locks up the computer. You cannot exit the program. Control/alt/delete does nothing. A soft reboot is required when this happens.I like the ease of use. When it does run, it does it very quickly. I'm backing up two separate hard drives to an external hard drive.

Great Little Utility This imaging software is a rock-solid performer with a well thought out user interface. I'm going to install the full version as soon as my new computer arrives. But, in the meantime I have downloaded the free trial version and tortured it to death on my existing computer. It does everything claimed for it and does it very well. There are only a few minor features I would like to see added (such as USB RAM-stick rescue). But, I understand that even the few 'wishlist items' that I could come up with are already 'in the works' for the next ...

L'immagine di sistema su un altro hard disk avviene in tempi brevi e con modalità intuitive; così anche il ripristino. Si può creare un disco autoavviante per ripristinare da zero il proprio computer. Il prezzo è la metà di quello di tanti altri prodotti famosi, che fra l'altro per ora non girano su Vista. L'ho scaricato, l'ho provato, l'ho acquistato con sicurezza.

MSU Color Enhancement - A short Review This plugin is not one that you will use all the time. However, when you have a dark scene that you want to brighten you can use the (internal) "levels" filter to brighten the sceen without losing contrast. As the scene is brightened you will lose some of the color saturation and a lot of snow will appear. To fix that run it through the "MSU Denoiser" filter (I use version 1.6.2 since 2.5 crashes VirtualDub). Finally add the "MSUColorEnhancement" filter.
